Delete from Word Tether
- Open Word Tether and tap the settings icon.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, then confirm permanent deletion.
Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete a linked account. You must use the in-app deletion option.
What is deleted
Your Word Tether account and associated profile, progress, achievements, gameplay records, social connections, Duel data, reports, and service-side preferences are removed or anonymized as appropriate. Limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Purchases
Deleting your Word Tether account does not erase Apple’s purchase history. Apple processes and retains App Store transaction records under Apple’s own terms. A deleted Word Tether account cannot be restored from our service.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@wordtether.com from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify ownership before handling a deletion request.
